We proudly offer seniors discounts and no-obligation guidance so homeowners can ask questions and learn more about their value at their own pace.
Serving Edmonton and Communities Around Legal
Our market knowledge extends well beyond Edmonton itself. We understand city neighbourhoods, suburban communities, acreages, and lake properties throughout the greater Edmonton region. That includes communities such as St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Beaumont, Leduc, Fort Saskatchewan, Devon, Morinville, Alberta Beach, Seba Beach, Wabamun, Spring Lake, Onoway, and many other surrounding areas.
Every community has its own value drivers. Some areas are influenced by proximity to Edmonton, some by lake lifestyle, some by acreage appeal, and others by school districts, shopping, commuting routes, and neighbourhood maturity. That is why local knowledge matters.

About Eric Beaverford
Eric Beaverford grew up in the Ardrossan area before attending university, where he graduated as a high school teacher. He later completed the Realtor program in 2000 and steadily built a successful real estate career, earning Chairman’s Awards four years in a row.
Along the way, Eric helped build cutting-edge real estate websites and web applications, but his true love has always remained real estate itself. He stays active and mobile, spending his days on the road selling homes, meeting clients, and performing home evaluations. That boots-on-the-ground experience gives him a real feel for the Edmonton and area market.
Eric has also served as an area manager for major home builders, giving him insight into both new construction and resale housing. Still, his real passion is established homes in the Edmonton market and helping great people along the way.
He lives in St. Albert and works with MaxWell Polaris at 4107 99 Street, Edmonton, where the office includes more than 400 real estate agents. Alberta Beach is his home away from home, and one day he hopes to enjoy more boating and ice fishing there in retirement.
